- WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates applied and verified weekly
- 24/7 uptime monitoring, checked every minute
- Backup configuration, verification, and restore testing
- Malware scanning and firewall management
- SSL certificate management and renewal
- Quarterly performance and security report
Response time: 1 business day, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET.
Cloud costs are separate. You pay your provider directly — typically $30–$150/month for a WordPress workload. We hold delegated access, never sole access.
Work beyond your included hours is billed at $100/hour, quoted in advance for anything over two hours.
