Description

Professional Website Care

Your infrastructure, our engineering. You keep ownership of the cloud account and pay your provider directly. We manage the environment, the WordPress install, and everything running on it — so nobody on your team has to think about updates, certificates, backups, or whether the contact form is still delivering.

Included every month

  • Up to 3 websites on your infrastructure
  • Up to 3 hours of support time — development, content changes, troubleshooting, consulting
  • WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates applied and verified weekly
  • Staging environment setup and management — updates tested before they touch production
  • Server and OS patching, PHP and database version management
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring, checked every minute
  • Core Web Vitals and form delivery monitoring
  • Backup configuration, verification, and restore testing
  • Malware scanning and firewall management
  • SSL certificate management and renewal
  • Quarterly cloud cost review — most clients recover part of this fee in wasted spend
  • Quarterly accessibility and SEO health check
  • Quarterly performance and security report

Response time: 4 business hours, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET.

Cloud costs are separate. You pay AWS, Azure, or your provider directly — typically $30–$150/month for a WordPress workload. We hold delegated access, never sole access, and everything we build is documented and handed over.

Work beyond your included hours is billed at $100/hour, quoted in advance for anything over two hours.

Twelve-month initial term, then month-to-month. Governed by our Client Service Terms and your signed Order Form.
